Everyone knows the one person holding the firm back is the person who makes the title of CFO stand for "Control Freak Obstruction" The amount of micro managing and ineptitude in that one person is asstounding. typo intentional. The CEO seems like a nice enough guy, but his in ability to reign in the psycho CFO or see what is really going on in the company on a daily basis is the equivalent to the ostrich hiding its' head in the sand. He knows the problem exists, but is unable or unwilling to correct the problem and allow the company to grow and prosper. There is no director level positions that are allowed to do their jobs appropriately. She refuses to admit that she is the problem and continues to belittle the management team. Designers are even oppressed by her attempts at project management/budget and refusal to embrace new technology that would improve billing and procurement. HR figured out, in 24 hrs after being hired, how bad the problem is and who was at fault but refuses to support the employees or relay the real truth to the CEO because of the apparent 'relationship' between the CEO and CFO.

The workplace is plagued by chaotic leadership behaviors that create a toxic and unstable environment. There is a constant sense of uncertainty , with expectations and goals frequently changing, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Processes are overly complex and bureaucratic, which hampers productivity and adds unnecessary hurdles. We often have to redo work due to inefficiencies, and change initiatives are often labeled as improvements even when they seem to do more harm than good. Overall, the organization needs a serious overhaul to improve communication, stability, and morale.
