Never got bored, learn to be self dependent, well trained (in the past particularly), benefits as vacations plan. Good reputation in the market. You will have so many skills that you can fit perfectly in every company you wish, and the workload never be as much as in this company.

Svantaggi

You will be solving everything by your own. Too focus on results, numbers but people. It takes to much time to be promoted, they don´t want to change you from your position if your good on what you do, they prefer to hired someone who doesn´t know us internally, and after seeing how its mess up ended leaving the company, and maybe at that time you will be promoted.

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
