Vantaggi

Of course is not the same as some years ago, but still is a nice company to work for. Experience: you will experience a lot of good challenges, projects, the opportunity to visit other countries, to have assignments in other areas, to deal and share with top and tough professionals. Is a great culture! Flex Time: you can choose your schedule, you can work from home one day per week, on Fridays you work until 1pm, free extra days at the holiday season (dec - jan), if you for some reason needs to get out earlier or arrive late you just talk with you manager. IT Dptment: great tools and connectivity to work from home. If you received an iPhone things are very easy. In my role you almost can work from home everyday. Virtual meetings. People: very professional, multicultural, respect for diversity.

Svantaggi

Professional Development or Promotions: if you work for the Bussiness you will have several opportunities to growth. However if you work for an enabling functions as IT, HR, Finance, Legal and others it will be very difficult to get a promotion...you will need to wait, sometimes several years. Lack of training for the enabling functions. But it's understandable because of the budget restrictions. Even though the company has online courses as HMM, SkillsSoft, and others. Retention of Talent: in some cases is almost impossible that you receive a counteroffer is like a rule, if you want to go then go.

Vantaggi

A good amount of remote monitoring, which depending on how you view can be a positive.

Svantaggi

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
