Constant restructures, while senior leaders are dancing on quarterly performance calls. Progression depends more on which senior leader likes you than results. Networking is crucial, performance secondary. Company not great at spotting early talent. Very much focused on ticking boxes. Zero negotiation about pay, but a “take it or leave it” approach from HR. Lack of clarity and direction from senior leadership
