      I like the people I work with, when a challenge comes, the team tackles it together and I feel everyone who wants to is always included. It's full remote - you love it or not - with regular off sites to meet everyone in person. You can work 4 day / week if you wish to (same number of hours, just packed in 4 days)

      Because we work 35h / week, there is no RTT, so we "only" have 5 weeks of holidays.
