With market-driven pay, temperature controlled and spotless work environment, promotional opportunities within, a single work shift, we believe it as a more fair assessment of our culture and workplace experience to say our high retention rate and average tenure of close to 5 years, are some true barometers rather than isolated and unsubstantiated comments.
