Be ready for micromanagement. While accountability is what is said, which is great and in concept sounds wonderful. Be ready to have to say the date and time a project will be completed and if you say 5pm without the CTS, you are corrected. If you happen to miss the deadline, send the email at 5:05pm instead of 5pm that is unacceptable and you will hear about it. Results don’t matter, the ability to have the tracking system on your laptop say you worked 8 hours that day is what’s important, and yes you will be asked about long breaks without computer activity.
