Remote working and the immediate team is nice
Svantaggi
This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. Firstly, the whole company was informed they were going into liquidation, but they have continued to trade. From the initial interview it didn't feel quite right, but I was desperate. As soon as I logged on on my first day, I was completely confused as to what was going on. Your training is watching recordings of videos made years ago which explained "processes", and since the recordings everything has changed about 100 times and continued to whilst I was there. The management is extremely toxic and the way you are treated is not the way a human being should treat another. I was in many meetings with Senior Management when I was called 'lazy' and 'emotionally unintelligent' by the CEO, when my results spoke for themself and I was putting in blood, sweat and tears into the job to manage my client relationships and deliver the contracted promises. The CEO constant gives you negative feedback (not constructive criticism, just outright rudeness) when they’ve never done your job. In addition to this, the company paid us late twice and we were told 'if people get fired it's on you guys, not me' again a quote from the CEO. First late payment was without any communication from the company whatsoever. You will see reviews on here that say about people not being able to do their job. This is absolutely untrue. People were fired without cause, and due to the maximum average UK employment at the company being less than 2 years, you have no right to argue. You couldn’t may me enough money to work for this company/management ever again.
