- Really nice people to work with - Fun after-work/lunch activities - Snack filled kitchen - Very solid product

- Lack of training; the product is very robust so it’d be VERY beneficial to future BDR’S to receive proper training on your platform so that they can be better prepared when doing outreach. - Management is very young and hands off; while it’s great to not be micromanaged, there’s very little structure, direction, and feedback regarding the BDR role. They also didn’t have an HR department and when I was let go they had no ROE to provide or systems in place to support their workers during the transition. - Lack of transparency; during the hiring process they mentioned they would have two BDRs for the role - but ended up only hiring one. There’s a lot of work that goes into prospecting and I was expected to do the jobs of two people. There was also very little said about the commission structure. Another huge red flag, was that I was spoken to about promotions, etc. but was let go shortly after.

- great youthful people to work with and talk to - a lot of work to do as it is small team with a lot of request - snacks and drinks

Svantaggi

- 5 days in person, non negotiable - salary is pretty low for the average entry-level developer - working hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, they keep tabs on you
