Staff work hard, international demographic, good for young people wanting to learn how to build a career in sales. Fine if you are solely financially orientated.

Unnecessarily early start times, micro-management and a CEO (frequently described a mercurial) who leads with a 'do as I say approach', rather than by example. Not values-led and an extremely hard-working SLT propping up the business. 3/4 PA's in last two years and several positions 'managed out'. General feeling of insecurity exists across most roles. If bro-science ran a business, it would look something like this. Small number of women in UK team, although not unusual for tech but set-up not conducive for people with families if they are required in the office everyday. Long-standing senior team look close to burnout a lot of the time. If my best-friend was asking me if they should take a role, I'd suggest to keep on looking. Not leaving review out of spite. I moved on to an excellent role but was definitely sold an idea of the business that was not based in reality.
