Unprofessional Work Culture - Recensione dipendente - Junior Research Scientist presso Phi Robotics

1. If you are in the company, please decide to switch, this will be pro for you.

1. I worked for 3 years and they didn't paid my salary of 6 months, I worked very hard for them without asking them salary for these 6 months expecting the company will pay once the struggle period is over. I asked many a times on call, on message even during my worst time and they didn't paid me even a single rupee. 2. They are cheaters, they will not value your hard work and talent, instead go work in some good startup. They should be jailed for not paying salary of many of the employees. They are still running the company despite of not paying salary to many of the employees, Its be more than a year. 3. The founders are cheaters, they don't have any ethics and don't keep any vision as well. They just know to rant big things. 4. Please don't waste your time working here.

There is no any motivation to work with Phi Robotics.Since it was belongs to robotics hence I had chosen the company.

There are so many down side 1.They are do not have money for the salary.They just want the employee to work without salary.They have not paid salary to the current employees from last 10 months .If people leave then they hire another set of people and again they don't pay the salary and they leave,in this way they run their company. 2.There is no work culture at all. 3.There is no out time. People use to work 24x7 for many times. 4.Founding members are cheater. 5.Founding members don't respect to any one even Clint's hence they are not able to make business. 6.They have no business sense ,I would say the have no sense at all.
