Management not capable of taking strong decisions against wrong doings of veterans, Management not capable of grooming new comers to the industry, Management under confident of new hirings,MBA hirings are unplanned.City allocation is random without thinking, People can kill their own colleagues for sales incentives and dont allow new bees enter their market and trouble them silently and show case them as incapable to not loose on sales incentives.all pretend to work but real work is done by distributors..all are hands in gloves..new bees leave as are hungry for more money and area where no business comes is given to new bees and it is shown as if its a case study. its a brainless job

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
