As an applicant to the Graduate Development Program, my experience with the application process has been disappointing due to the lack of timely updates and clear communication. It has been over two months since my submission without any follow-up, making it difficult to plan my next steps as I approach graduation. Improving communication and setting transparent expectations, especially regarding response timelines, would greatly enhance the candidate experience. Regular updates or an estimated response window would reflect well on Philips’ commitment to candidate engagement and help applicants plan their transitions. Thank you for considering this feedback.

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
