- Market competent pay - Good opportunities to learn and grow - Fuel, Internet reimbursements - Discount on Philips products (but you can find similar or better price on Amazon, Flipkart etc.)

Svantaggi

- You need to pay for everything: Food, Transport, Health Insurance (they are discounted but still need to be paid) - Transport facility is worst considering the office is in Yelahanka and far for most of the people and all they provide is old TT buses. With 3 day mandatory WFO, your back and neck are going to make sure you know the torture of going to office. - You would see, long timers who have made with peace with processes and tortures and they enforce the same to their teams and newcomers. e.g. Even though dress code is smart business casuals as per the HR policy but be prepared your manager asking to come in formals and making comments on your shoes and shirt why they are not formal. - Very slow organization with lots of bureaucracy, politics and unnecessary processes

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Svantaggi

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
