Toxic culture driven by HR and Talent Acquisition managed by awful people who only enjoy hearing themselves talk. They used to have a good professional team about 4-5 years ago, but it's no longer the case. The company is failing, and it shows. Forget the annual/extra performance bonuses (even within the sales organization). They rarely promote from within. The general attitude is: 'Don't worry about the lack of salary increases or bonuses. Be thankful that you have a job for now.'
