Location is good for my commute. Family Owned, smaller company that care and give back to their employees, No big company, corporate BS that you have when dealing with big corporations.

Svantaggi

They are family owned so its a double endged sword. Not a lot of structure between upper mangagement and lower level emplyees. Compensation is not the highest, partly because of location but also because its a small, family owned business. Perks aren't the greatest as well, health, time off - vacation and personal.

Good benefits including a good 401K, decent paid time off, and bonuses twice a year When it rains you don't get sent home with no pay like in other survey companies

Svantaggi

Opportunity for growth is slow. I would have to work in my current position for many more years before I had the chance to move into the office and learn new skills like CAD Work culture isn't great because most people in the survey department don't really like each other

I really liked the events that corporate set up for us. They were really great ways to meet all of the other workers.

Svantaggi

The upper management was terrible. They micromanaged everything that the interns did, so it was almost impossible for us to actually accomplish anything.
