Why do there have to be cons?

All of my peers and my supervisors treated me well and respectfully. I was rarely asked to work extra hours and only worked one Saturday in four years.

As a small player in their market Phillips was unable to offer many of the items offered by the competition. Being smaller also often led to service issues where we could not deliver on a sold order in time which led to lost orders. Also at times getting an answer back from management in time to meet the customers demands was an issue.
