PhillyTech was a great place for inspired people - everyone was very passionate and helpful to me as an intern. The one thing that stuck out to me was how excited the higher ups were to constantly innovate and succeed in their business.

Since the work is mostly remote, communication can become an issue. It sometimes felt a little disorganized and I was rarely clear on what exactly I should have been doing.

The job has its ups and downs, but because we work as consultants, you tend to have a lot of hats and learn a lot on your own.

The work environment is very fast-paced and can change on a dime depending on client needs and projects.
