Work with the best people in the world. Seriously, recruiting is killing it. You fall in love with your coworkers. They become your second family. It's an exciting time to be at the company. Closed Series B last year and took the company national! There is nothing but growth and it is hard to get bored! The company is very understanding if you need to work from home for whatever reason. Their trust is very much appreciated. All the complimentary coffee! They just got a 401k plan, so they are moving in the right direction with caring about their employees future.

Leadership flip-flops on decisions and cuts projects earlier than they should. Lots of work gets done and then never comes into fruition. There has been a lot of change over the last few months with little information on why it's happening. The current health plan is minimal, but they are working on it.
