The company has upgraded what once was a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere, streamlining the experience into what feels like an Apple Store filled with an ever growing menu of gimmicky drinks. The customers have changed into high-end tech bros and internet influencers. This place is completely different than the Philz I worked at years ago. It's essentially Starbucks for the upper class. • ^ This means, baristas now adhere to dress code standards, are encouraged to speak through a script.. it's just wrong, all wrong.
