Good working culture, easy to ask others for help, very supportive and collaborate environment, good benefits, gym membership, free counselling and mental health support, healthcare, lots of paid for courses, opportunity to try different roles within the company, fun work socials and enjoyable work. Very open to suggestions and feedback.

Not always great at setting boundaries with companies and end up managing or using the apps that have been built rather than just building software. Middle management and process aren't the most streamlined.

Good work life balance, supportive and friendly environment, feel like you're making a difference, family feel to the company, hands on from the beginning, free Friday lunch and regular socials.

Bit of a steep learning curve to begin with, could do with being a bit more organised but there are plenty of people to ask questions and help you.
