No matter your role, you know that your work is making a real impact in the world by helping to re-shore the production of essential pharmaceuticals and ensuring they’re available, affordable, and high-quality when people need them. Coming to work every day is energizing because the mission is so meaningful, and the team is simply the best I’ve ever worked with. Everyone here is respectful, motivated, and truly inspiring to be around. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel so connected to a purpose and surrounded by such great people.

Its a company that wants to grow and succeed. They are invested in staff, and most staff are invested in them. Those who are struggling will probably not last. Thats ok.
