- Fair company culture - No customer or external stakeholder - Events and kitchen - Good tech stack

- Can suffer by economic crisis, like COVID impact - Emphasis on working in the office (rather than WFH), no good equipment for WFH, little allowance - Weak career growth, once you are a senior, day become repetitive - Still dealing with legacy infrastructure - Middle management needs some better people skills

- there is always fruits, bread, yogurt chips and granola bars in the pantry - may have substantial bonus if the company did well - not a lot of office politics since it is a small company and everyone knows each other

- i worked in a team with a very inexperienced team lead that it gets frustraring.
