Lot's of responsibility and interaction with customers. Cool projects based on cool software. Management listens to engineers and incorporates their suggestions.

Sometimes the workload can get intense.

Phoenix Integration is a great place to work. We switched to SCRUM from a more waterfall development life cycle about two years ago and I think the change has been very positive. Very team-based atmosphere, and everyone on the team is usually committed to putting out the best product possible. The work is interesting and challenging. Everyone is very friendly.

Small company, so the benefits and pay seem a little below average.
