I had a disappointing experience with PKMPL. They initially offered me a developer position and sent a confirmation email to my personal email ID but never provided an official offer letter, despite repeatedly assuring me that it would be given "tomorrow." This delay dragged on for over a week with constant excuses. The company also promised proper training during the interview, but after joining, they asked me to study on my own without providing any structured training or support. Additionally, their communication is very unprofessional—they don't speak to you properly, and when you follow up about the offer letter, they dismiss you by saying they have "more important work to do." This experience not only wasted my time but also highlighted a lack of professionalism and integrity. Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining this company, as they make false promises and fail to fulfill their commitments.

1) Friendly environment to work with any designation. 2) cooperative employees. 3) less official politics in between employees. 4) employee unity. 5) very good chance to grow up (for freshers)
