Phoenix solutions tries to imprint more of a family kind of business community. There was no intimidation factor here starting out from the bottom. It's possible to be making good money if you put in the extra crazy hours.

If you don't mind working 12 hour shifts in snow, rain, 100' heat outside of whatever store you are assigned to work at that day this position may be for you. This career path is definitely one that will be what you make of it. Phoenix solutions claims that you can work your way up to the top quickly. Personnel set up booths outside these stores and represent one of the two organizations for "fundraising." I personally believe this company is somewhat deceptive to not only the people that are donating to their philanthropy, but also to their new hires.
