      - excessive micromanagement - no clear update on your performance or employment status when you join - time tracker and they check every screenshot, you need to do something every second cause they question why you were idle even for a minute - there is no room for errors cause they will file a memo or notice of under performance when you do make a single mistake

      Nothing, they work on flexible hours but you need to be available 24/7. - Defies the purpose of working remotely and claiming to have flexi time as perks to new employees. Out of nowhere you will have meetings at 12 midnight.

      - no benefits - HR is trying to lowball you with your asking rate - not much interesting projects to work with - no growth
