Still working so still making them money. This is a hard section to fill out because at this point I cant think of any positive reasons to work for Phoenix. We have been steadily picking up rigs.

Terrible management who don't care about their employees or their families. Only goal is to forever keep field wages at a crushing low. Upper managements end game is to keep decisions away from lower management, field personnel and remotely operate when ever possible keeping pay low. Lower management can barely function without relying solely on the experience from the field to coordinate tools, personnel and troubleshoot. The company is run by disgruntled MWD hands with a chip on their shoulders for experienced Directional Drillers. Project managers lie about having actual directional experience. Sales team is completely disconnected from the field and is just coasting along with little care for their clients. Despite picking up rigs they have failed to increase field pay back after 6 pay cuts removing everything from 401K, Mileage and salaries. The company carries a heavy amount of unnecessary management. They have pushed out anyone that made a difference and a few of the bad seeds have moved on to ruin a few other companies.
