They have a good work environment. You have access to even the CEO. They care for their employees. The company is growing so there is room to grow.

You may find some colleagues that don’t work as hard as they should.

The only pro was being able to work remote from home

Managers and supervisors are terrible and very unprofessional and unqualified. They literally have no training at all to be a manager or a supervisor which means they have no idea how to effectively lead a team. It is no surprise employees are constantly quitting or getting fired - that is a reflection of poor leadership. The managers and supervisors create a toxic and stressful work environment. The high turnover rate is a direct reflection of their inability to communicate, treat employees fairly, or manage properly. I can't foresee this company having much more of a future especially with how employees are treated and how many customer complaints they get. Their bad reviews from past employees and customers say it all.
