This company is a nightmare. The CEO acts like a tyrant and doesn’t listen to anyone. Employees get fired every month for ridiculous reasons — like taking a vacation or needing visa support. Managers don’t speak up for their teams. The customer care manager, for example, doesn’t communicate well and never defends his people. No wonder so many employees keep getting let go.
