Ofcourse you will get lot of opportunities to learn. As they try to keep minimum employees with max work, You will get an exposure in everything

1. Management is worst. No worklife balance. 2. Least preference for employees.No professionalism (Even managers used shout in front of whole employees. You will get a doubt whether you are in fish market or a company). 3. Even though office timing is from 9-6.00, everyone used to come after 11am and leave by 11am. Not a good company especially for ladies. They expect even ladies to leave by 10. Ofcourse no cab will be provided. Your security is at your hands. Company don't have anything to do with it. 4.Even for tea also you have to pay from your pocket. 5. Majority of employees complete 1 yr and leave this company(many used to abscond also) because of worst management and torture 6. Login time is monitored closely. Swiping is there in canteen and even in restrooms. They will calculate effective time employees spent in front of system. If it is less than 8 hrs, you will be asked to give an explanation and meeting with manager.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We have able and talented managers who drive the organization and employees towards success. The timings mentioned by you does not reflect the actual timings followed in Photon. In the IT industry there are projects that might require stretching at the time of delivery but this is not the standard practice. We take special care to make sure that our female employees leave on time. Adequate arrangements are made for all employees' transport if they extend and work. Really good company to work for. Health benefits were great and was able to negotiate a good rate for my contract

Communication could improve in terms of staying in contact with the contractor. Working with the individual for their next role as the contract is nearing an end would be an area of opportunity as well.

Zero opportunities for growth Limited to no work/life balance No Severance Do not pay when on the bench Wrong team or manager the hr insanity can make it rough (One year they decided july 4th was not a holiday another they decided to lower the salary and increase the percentage that was bonus effectually giving everyone a pay cut).. Honestly a 2 might being generous but i have worked with some nice people there and the vast majority of the people were nice and good just wanting to get the job done . Any 5s are probably fake or the lucky few that do not have to deal with Photon Hr.
