Communication could improve in terms of staying in contact with the contractor. Working with the individual for their next role as the contract is nearing an end would be an area of opportunity as well.

Honestly a 2 might being generous but i have worked with some nice people there and the vast majority of the people were nice and good just wanting to get the job done . Any 5s are probably fake or the lucky few that do not have to deal with Photon Hr.
