I met a lot of great souls at Picket, working here was full of fun.

Like any smaller company, you need to be autonomous and proactive. It’s a great growth opportunity, but it’s not for folks who need detailed structures on a daily basis.

A lot of smart people worked here and the culture was fun at times.

All of those smart people lacked direction and often did not seem to be on the same page. There were too many rounds of layoffs to count. If you work at Picket you will get laid off at some point. The company is barely staying afloat so unfortunately that's just the reality.
