Your opinion is heard and there definitely is appreciation for your work. Work schedule is very flexible but you're expected to get your stuff done. Leadership discusses the roadmap with the team and listens to them, which is extremely important. Pay is good and leadership is investing right, where it matters: talented people. Average is 40 hours per week, but that really depends on the person as we don't need to report hours and the vacation policy is "open"; in my case, I put more hours in because I enjoy it.
