Sometimes, long-service employees may develop expectations that go beyond what’s typical in the market, which can occasionally create tension. Having experienced life outside of Pico, I believe some people may not fully realise how fortunate we are to have the environment and opportunities provided here. Of course, it’s impossible for any company to accommodate every individual idea, thought, or feeling in every decision. However, Pico consistently makes a genuine effort to strike the right balance for both the business and its people. Pension could be better, social aspects could be better encouraged but overall Pico is a really good place to be

The company micro manage EVERYONE. Basically all employees are to have their time tracked on their computer to ensure they are working all their hours to the minute and also have to do a weekly report of what they have worked on. They offer flexibility, but if you use it? You’ll be gone soon. The leadership is very very poor. They are stuck in the past as a company and actively tell employees to leave good reviews on sites like this to drown out the numerous bad posts. SLT have their favourites, if one of the favourites doesn’t like someone, they soon get let go. One favourite in particular has a nickname for it…
