      Colleagues are friendly and knowledgeable. Working atmosphere is also great. A lot of support from Germany HQ as well. Company keeps growing and there are a lot of opportunities.

      Mit den meisten Kollegen ist das kollegiale Miteinander im Arbeitsalltag auf einem guten Level.

      Mikromanagement seitens der Geschäftsführung. Wenn die GF im Meeting keine Lust auf irgendwelche Themen oder Mitarbeiter hat, lässt sie das den oder diejenige spüren. Zusagen die den Arbeitsprozess unterstützen können werden auch mal aus einer Laune heraus getroffen, also Tagesform der Führungsebene muss am Morgen irgendwie eingeschätzt werden.
