They are great with working with schedules and room for advancement.

They truly are a welcoming facility. In most experiences the departments want you to feel welcome, and by a few months of employment, everyone knows who you are. The benefits are okay. PTO isn’t the best, but if an unfortunate circumstance occurs those with plenty will help you with your low balance for your time off need.

Minimal room for promotion. Rural hospital, so while I can see where they do try to promote from within it is kinda about who you know and opportunity based. There are only so many available positions.
