      Good pay and benefits, steady hours. shifts are usually fairly busy so can go quickly. cafeteria food was decent, and ability to use employee badge to pay for it was kind of cool

      Maintenance department was like high school. lot of animosity between shifts (mostly 2d and 3rd vs 1st shift), not a lot of communication between shifts or supervisors to mechanics, lot of people throwing others under the bus when they had to or when they got the chance
