you will get write-ups over the simplest of things and at times feel like they are just trying to work around the union to fire you, but the ones who are just lazy never get fired and you have to end up picking up there slack. you dont get compensated for working much harder or faster than anyone else, you do not advance in the plant unless the supervisors like you and you play their political games. the union protects everyone, especially those who seem to be lazy so when it comes to getting a hardworking team its hard to get the lazy ones out. winters are usually slow which is good but summers get so busy eeeeeeveryone has to stay over it seems like whether they want overtime or not.
