Terrible culture, they do not care abut their employees at all. No formal training. Very lean resource organization, I feel like I have to fight for my job and resources to do my job every day (to the point that it is humiliating). Leadership does not have a clear strategic vision. They set forth goals which contradict each other, depending on where you sit in the organization. It creates a very inefficient environment. Also, employees do not like change. They have a mentality of "this is how we've always done it", and are not willing to take on risk. This review is specific to the Corp HQ in Greeley. Would not recommend under almost any circumstance.
