Plant manager that is childish in his actions. Shoots from the hip, Will not admit to mistakes even if it cost him employees. Micro-managed from the word go, If you tried to run your department you were reprimanded and informed it was HIS plant, not yours. The plant manager is big n the GOOD OLD BOY program from his previous employment (Not Pilgrims) location. Threatens employees with termination and reduced hours, demands hours from salary employees to make up for hourly employee cut backs. I was informed that I had to make a choice between my family or my job. An employee should never have to make that type of choice to keep their job or be scared of their job.
