Eye opening experience in regards to startup life. Pay was above market rate.

Hard to moralise about but given the turbulence, pretty grey in every respect but not shady.

Top of the range salaries, generous holiday policy and the flexible working hours are some of the benefits but my top pick is definitely a human aspect. I recently had a personal issue which required a lot of time off, coming in late, leaving early etc. Not only that the management never made a single question about it but they also offered me enormous support and made sure I look after my mental health as well as physical. They've made sure I am aware that they are 100% behind me and my job is there when I am ready to come back.

Management is not aligned at times which makes it very difficult for us to deliver, but I know as a fact from my previous experience that this will happen in any company where there is more than one founder. Working in a startup is not for everyone, one needs to learn to work in a chaotic and high pace environment.
