fellow employees and my supervisors are awesome and try their best. Easy and good training from those same supervisors

upper management is terrible. They don't care about their employees no matter how much they try and say they do. There is no cohesiveness between management and the rest of the company. The specific offices around the country are slow, rude, and do not try at all. They do not call any customer so their shipments end up sitting in a warehouse for weeks until the customer calls. No matter how many times you bring up severe issues with anything management justbignoresbit or does nothing so the same huge problems that were prevalent from when I started 3 years ago and nothing ever changes. Management fired the entire returns department and threw all the extra return entry work on us in customer service. This was almost a year ago now and they drill have not rehired any one for returns so now we have double the amount of work while also still having to take calls at the same time but have us no benefits, no raises and no help. When they do give someone a raise its at most 2bor 3 cents.... and I could go on forever so ill stop.

After merger with Maersk, the management was no longer focused on the issues at hand, rather they were focused on countless meetings going over the same information. They lacked hands on availability and required employees to maintain a level of performance with lack of fellow employees assistance. One person would leave and that role would be absorbed into another's. Management also has a tremendous amount of redundancy which impacted the employees and led to a lot of layoffs. Management not receptive to feedback, even if it was sound. HR department is also useless and should be divereted to the main offices, as the onsite one was more focused on gossip and superiority. Many departments outsourced to other countries, and lied during layoff process. The company is worth billions with higher ups making millions with bonuses, but the line level employees (who did the hardest work) were let go or vastly underpaid.
