Worst Company I’ve ever experienced - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Pin Point Recruitment

I’ve had 26 years recruitment experience, working for some fabulous agencies with excellent leadership and this is the worst . Please, please do not give up a job to come here. You are enticed with untruths and then for a brand new start up, hit with 20K monthly targets per consultant, even if you have limited experience. Comments from senior management constantly about financials. Also negative comments about your branch and comparing you to other branches which have been set up completely differently and have business to start with. Cameras in office recording conversations. 20+new starts and within 6 months left with 2. Tells a massive story. Good reviews on, are basically forced as marketing sending out emails to ask you to put good reviews on. No training, coaching or development of new staff . You honestly work your socks off and get nothing back. It’s all take,take, take. Not nice Pin-Point, you are dealing with people here. Being as negative as you are really plays with peoples minds. Stop this behaviour and just maybe you can change your bad reputation you have in the North.
