We put a lot of effort into creating a positive work environment through our culture committee, monthly team lunch and learns, quarterly socials, coffee catchups, and incentive program to foster a space where everyone can thrive. Regarding salaries, we use Major Players industry benchmarking and conduct annual reviews to ensure competitiveness. However, we recognise that there's always room for improvement, and your input helps us understand where we can do better.

- It had a really great Post-Production team when I joined. - Great location and office - Free parking - Monthly free lunch - Good coffee

- Salary is low for the job and experience needed. - Crunch and unpaid overtime is standard. You get punished if you accurately state how much a project actually took you, and basically encouraged to never ask for the lieu time back. - The culture is extremely toxic, a ran by favouritism. - Managers are downright cruel, lack empathy and accountability. - It can never be a group problem, one individual always has to have the blame for everything. - I brought up a lot issues I was having at the time with my manager, but it became very apparent that this was being twisted and ignored when being reported to the owners. - They pretend to care about their employees, but it's very clear you're just a number to them.
