I have had a fantastic experience working at Pinata, and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to work. Starting from the interview process which was both fast and transparent. One great thing about Pinata is the company's commitment to employee benefits. From offering unlimited paid time off, to a development stipend. The company's fully remote work policy has been a game-changer for me. You are really able to work from anywhere, regardless of where you live, and discover new places while still being able to work. I appreciate the company's culture of open communication and active listening. Whenever I've had any concerns or feedback, the team has been receptive and supportive.

One area for improvement at Pinata would be internal communication. As a startup, the pace of change is fast, and it can be challenging for employees to stay up-to-date with everything that is happening. I believe that clear and timely communication is especially important for a fully remote company like ours, and that it should be a top priority moving forward. Overall, while communication could be improved, I still love to work at Pinata.
