Great people, the team and culture is what used to makes people stay. It is no longer enough.

Pinchin is no longer able to compensate their employees with a wage that is liveable. They are not paying market value for their employees. All the highly skilled people are leaving and they can’t replace them with good talent. They need to compensate properly or the company won’t be here in a couple years. Off the mark by 20-30k in salaries across the board. Annual bonuses keep going down and yet we continue to be more profitable year over year. Bonus time everyone is disgruntled for a good reason. People work so hard to see the company earn money and expect the bonus to increase like previous years. Now there is always an excuse not to pay people for their hard work. Always pushing staff to work long hours and at the end of the day staff don’t earn enough to make it worth their while to be burnt out.
