In some locations, you may get asked to do things which are not in your job description. I've been asked to change lightbulbs and deep clean void properties and dispose of hazardous clinical waste. Managers seem to come and go frequently also.

I have a job and some money in the end of the month

I am on minimum wages 7.50 h, Im a mobile cleaner that even working part time i got to spend about £90 fo a bus pass. Together with all the other bills (i live on my own),, 2a week of the month and I am already skint. Pinnacle should contribute towards staff travels (the ones who dont use company vans). Everybody speaks about nurses, train drivers, police, etc wages. Eveybody forgets about cleaners wages, when in the end, we are the ones who tidy up eveybodys mess and "left behinds! (bilders plumbers and so on)...Managers only interest is their budget and bonus, the costumer is always right even when its wrong. No care about staff reasons or problems . ....to much headake for so little money!
