Great company to be a part of to learn and grow if you are interested in anything health and wellness related, CPG or DTC. The team is incredible and you don't have much of a vertical structure, everybody is expected to come with a POV and have an open dialogue. Growth and opportunities were great, if you were able to prove yourself you were challenged further and the title and compensation came with it.

Sometimes you move really quickly and priorities shift but team works hard to get alignment and over communicate.

The startup environment is fast paced but exciting, and there’s a lot of room to bring new ideas to the table and actually test them out Super collaborative team that’s open to creative thinking, especially when it comes to trying new trends and content strategies You get a lot of exposure to different parts of the business, which makes it a great learning experience beyond just influencer marketing The company really values authentic creator relationships, which makes the work feel more meaningful and less transactional

Like many startups, things can move quickly and priorities sometimes shift, so it helps to be adaptable! But with this I've learned so much being at the company and have really been able to grow my skillset
