The company don't give salary to there employees after notice period and then they say that the work is not justified. The founder speaking and communication is very rude and bad. She don't respect their employees and after few months she targets the employee and create a reason to terminate the employee so that she can prevent from providing increment. She use the employee potential and always create a bossy environment. The company is very bad if you want to destroy your career then join The boss not respect the senior person as well she in front of everyone demotivate and shout on the employee
